a. Do you offer e-mail auto-responder capabilities?
Yes. Included with every Pharamond! account is the ability to
create auto-responders. There is NO additional charge for this
service.
b. How many auto-responders can I have?
You may have an auto-responder to go along with each of your
e-mail accounts. If you choose to not place an auto-responder
on a specific account, you may NOT use that responder for
something different.
c. How do I configure my auto-responders?
Pharamond! provides an on-line interface to setup and configure
your autoresponders. Updates to your autoresponders are done
REAL TIME. (Some hosting providers give an on-line interface
to a form which e-mails their tech team to setup a responder
for you. This is NOT the case at Pharamond!. You have direct
access and your autoresponders are setup and working INSTANTLY!)
