    DISK SPACE
    Back to FAQ's

    a. How many pages can I fit in 10 Megabytes?

The average web page, including HTML and graphics is approximately 20k to 30k. This allows you to have about 400 to 500 pages in 10 megabytes of space.

    b. If you can fit so many pages in 10 megabytes, why does your smallest package START with 10 megabyts?

The average web site hosted on our servers is 20 megabytes in size. We offer an overly generous amount of disk simply so that YOU don't have to worry about it. We can't say unlimited, because there are some clients who will try to use it :-) With the prices of hard drives and backup storage devices falling drastically over the past year, it does not greatly affect our expenses. Providers still charging for 5 to 15 megs of space are just out to make an extra buck by selling additional space to those who may come close enough to needing it. With Pharamond!, you don't have to worry.
