manual?
Yes. The hosting manual is accessible via your on-line control
panel.
b. Do you have a REAL manual or just this
FAQ?
Yes, Pharamond! has a separate manual for our hosting clients
only. Our manual covers, step by step, how to use the various
features of our web hosting; from e-mail setup instructions
to CGI scripting documentation. It currently contains over
50 pages of documentation and grows EVERY DAY!
c. Does the manual actually provide any
useful information?
Yes :-). The Pharamond! on-line manual is there to assist
you with all of the major features of our hosting and even
some smaller ones :-) We build our manual based on the questions
our customers ask us.
d. Do I *have* to use the manual to find
answers to my questions?
No. The Pharamond! support staff is HERE TO HELP YOU! Sometimes
a manual just can't provide the question and answer interaction
that our support staff can. If you need us, let us know...
