    SCHEDULED BACKUPS

    a. Do you provide scheduled backups?

    Yes. We do backup all servers regularly. Backups are guaranteed to be kept weekly for at least four weeks. There is, of course, no guarantee that a backup will not be corrupted (one of the reasons we keep multiple weeks on hand). Daily incremental backups are currently being inplemented and will be available on some servers.

    b. Is there a fee if I need to retrieve a backup and how long will it take?

    Yes. We charge $35 to retrieve a backup of your account for you. We will make every attempt to have your backup to you within 24 hours.

    c. Is EVERY file backed up?

    No. Pharamond! does exclude files with extensions such as .o, .tgz, .tar and a few others from our backups.
