WEB TRAFFIC STATS AND RAW LOGS
    Back to FAQ's

    a. Do you provide on-line web traffic statistics?

Yes. Pharamond! provides traffic statistics updated daily. The statistics are available as a link from your On-line Administration Area.

    b. Will I get access to my RAW web logs?

Yes. You receive access to both your RAW access_log and error_log. The access_log contains the information of all hits your web site has received. (Our access_log uses the combine log format which includes normal "hit" information as well as the agent and refering URL for each access.) The error_log contains the errors that have happened at your site and is mostly used for debugging CGI scripts.

    c. Do I have to rotate my log - or will you?

We will rotate your log for you. In the future we will allow you to choose to have your log rotated daily, weekly, or monthly. Until then, all logs are rotated monthly.

    d. Do my logs count as part of my disk space quota?

For virtual hosting accounts, no they do not count. On dedicated servers, log space is counted as part of your disk quota.
