a. Do you guarantee uptime?

Yes. Pharamond! guarantees 99% uptime.

b. How much time is there in 1% of a month?

1% of a month is approximately 8 hours.

c. What has your uptime been for the past year?

Although it is hard to summarize the data for all our servers in our Network Operations Center (NOC), we estimate our uptime has been 99.7% over the past year (plus or minus 0.1%).

d. What happens if my site is down for more than 1% of the month?

If your site is down for 1% or more of the month, Pharamond! will credit one month's worth of service to your account. If you choose to leave at any time, remember that Pharamond! will refund any full months remaining on your account.

e. Are there any restrictions on your guarantee?

Pharamond! is not responsible for outages elsewhere on the Internet that hinder access to your account. The Internet is a vast web of fiber shared by many providers. Pharamond! can only guarantee what it can control. We control only our links to the Net, our routers, and our servers.
